Last week I was able to attend Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) training offered by the Indiana Builder's Association. This was a great training where we learned a lot about providing home modifications. aging-in-place services, as well as universal design to enhance visitability. The CAPS designation is managed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and was developed in partnership with AARP.
